Everything you generate here—videos, thumbnails, or synthetic voices—is provided "as is," like a gift from the digital cosmos. We make no promises, warranties, or guarantees, express or implied, about the perfection, accuracy, or intergalactic awesomeness of our tools. Use at your own risk, brave explorer!

2. AI Limitations & Accuracy

Our AI systems may produce inaccurate, biased, outdated, or inappropriate content. Key limitations include:

• Factual Errors: AI may generate incorrect information or "hallucinate" facts
• Bias Issues: Outputs may reflect training data biases
• Creative Limitations: Results vary significantly between generations
• Technical Glitches: Occasional bugs, timeouts, or failed generations

You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Never rely on AI output for critical decisions without human verification.

3. Limitation of Liability

VdoZen, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Damages from AI-generated content inaccuracies
• Lost business opportunities or revenue
• Content deletion due to storage limitations
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party platform policy violations

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if applicable).

4. Intellectual Property

AI-generated content may inadvertently reproduce copyrighted material or trademarks. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with intellectual property laws. VdoZen does not guarantee generated content is free from IP conflicts.

5. Background Music & YouTube Content ID

This section matters if you monetize your videos. Please read it before publishing.

The AI-generated video and images, the AI voiceovers, and the stock footage we supply are cleared for your use and are not expected to cause copyright problems.

Background music is different. We source music from royalty-free libraries and we actively try to avoid tracks that are known to trigger claims. But royalty-free does not mean claim-free. A rights holder, a label, or a music distributor can register a track with YouTube's Content ID system, and an automated claim can then appear on your video even though the track is properly licensed for you to use.

We cannot guarantee that background music will never trigger a Content ID claim, and VdoZen accepts no liability for any claim, dispute, demonetization, strike, takedown, or loss of revenue arising from music used in your videos.

Before you publish a monetized video, verify the music's licensing status, or simply mute or replace the background track. If a claim does appear, it is usually resolvable: most Content ID claims on royalty-free music can be disputed successfully using the license documentation from the original music source. A claim affects revenue routing on that video — it is not a copyright strike against your channel.

6. Service Availability & Storage Limitations

Expect the following:

• Intermittent service availability
• Limited storage capacity — finished videos are deleted automatically 7 days after creation, and work-in-progress uploads after 1 day
• Potential feature changes or removals
• Performance variations during high usage

We provide service "as is" with no uptime guarantees during this development phase.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service legally and ethically
• Back up important generated content
• Review all AI output before publication
• Verify music licensing before monetizing, as described in Section 5
• Comply with third-party platform rules, including YouTube's policies on disclosing realistic AI-generated content and on mass-produced or repetitive uploads. To keep publishing deliberate, VdoZen allows at most 5 YouTube uploads per account per day (sharing and scheduling combined, resetting at midnight UTC), on top of your plan's monthly limit
