Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VdoZen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
The Service is operated by VdoZen, a sole proprietorship owned by Md. Jubair Hasan Miraz and registered in Bangladesh under Dhaka North City Corporation Trade License No. TRAD/DNCC/019269/2026 (“VdoZen”, “we”, “us”). Full contact details are in the last section of these terms.
2. Description of Service
VdoZen is a software-as-a-service platform that provides AI-powered tools for generating videos, voiceovers (text-to-speech), subtitles, short clips from your own uploaded videos, and SEO titles and descriptions. Generated files are kept for a limited time, as described under Data Handling & Storage.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
4. Plans, Payments & Tokens
VdoZen offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro and Elite), listed with their prices on our Pricing page. Paid plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions: each purchase gives you that plan's features, tokens and any included AI video credits for 30 days from the date of purchase. Plans never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends after 30 days unless you buy again.
Tokens and AI video credits are consumed when you run a generation, at the rates shown in the app before you confirm. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire 30 days after the purchase that granted them. Free, referral and trial tokens may carry shorter expiry periods, shown in your account.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices may be shown before tax; any applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
5. Refunds
Unused tokens are refundable within 14 days of purchase; consumed tokens and credits are not refundable. Tokens used by a generation that fails because of an error on our side are returned to your balance. The full terms, and how to request a refund, are in our Refund Policy. This does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Generate misleading or deceptive content
- Create sexual, nude or intimate imagery of any kind, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or "deepfakes" of real people, or any content sexualising minors. VdoZen has no feature for this and we will terminate accounts that attempt it
- Harass, abuse, threaten or promote hatred against any person or group
- Impersonate a real person, or publish someone's private or personal information without their consent
- Commit fraud or send spam
- Upload malware, probe or test the security of the Service, scrape it, or interfere with its operation
- Bypass our safety filters, usage limits or token charges
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
7. Content Review, Suspension & Termination
We may review, block or remove content created or uploaded through VdoZen that we reasonably believe breaks these terms or the law. We may suspend or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for fraud, chargeback abuse or non-payment, or where the account puts the Service or other users at risk. Where it is safe and lawful to do so, we will tell you why. Any refund owed on termination is handled under our Refund Policy.
8. Content Ownership & Rights
You retain ownership of content you create using VdoZen. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, cache, and display your content solely for providing the Service. We do not claim ownership over your creations.
You are responsible for the scripts, prompts, videos, audio and other material you submit, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You are also responsible for how you use and publish what VdoZen generates. VdoZen itself — the software, design, models, voices and brand — remains our property or our licensors'.
Background music and third-party media. Music, stock footage and similar assets we supply are sourced from royalty-free libraries. While we make reasonable efforts to avoid assets known to trigger copyright claims, we do not warrant that any asset is free from claims under YouTube's Content ID system or equivalent systems on other platforms. You are responsible for verifying licensing before publishing or monetizing, and VdoZen accepts no liability for any claim, demonetization, strike, takedown or loss of revenue arising from such assets. 9. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content made or hosted with VdoZen infringes your copyright or other rights, email jh@vdozen.com with a description of the work, where the content appears, and your contact details. We will review the complaint, remove infringing content, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
10. AI Accuracy Disclaimer
Our AI tools may produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate content. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use. Generated content is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
11. Data Handling & Storage
We collect only the data described in our Privacy Policy. Generated videos are stored temporarily — deleted automatically 7 days after creation, and work-in-progress uploads after 1 day — so download anything you want to keep. We reserve the right to modify data retention policies with notice.
VdoZen's YouTube upload and channel features use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to VdoZen, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
12. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. If we discontinue the Service while you hold an active paid plan, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused portion of that plan.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VdoZen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
